Your Mission

As a charismatic leader, you will take over the management of our sauna area and bring your experience and passion to further develop our offerings and establish them at the highest level.

Your Tasks

• Leading and further developing the sauna team
• Designing and conducting innovative sauna infusions and rituals
• Ensuring and monitoring hygiene and quality standards
• Planning and implementing events and special promotions in the sauna area
• Attending to guests with the highest service orientation and enthusiasm

Your Profile

• Experience as a sauna manager or many years of work as a sauna master with leadership responsibility
• Completed training in wellness, sauna, or bath operations is an advantage
• Proven success in the further development of a sauna area
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Positive charisma, leadership strength, and a high quality standard
• Flexibility, resilience, and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Athletic, flexible, resilient, and very good swimming skills
