To complement our dedicated team, we are looking for a responsible and empathetic nursing assistant / AGS for the night shift by arrangement.
Individual and respectful care and support of our residents at night
Ensuring peace, safety, and well-being
Close collaboration with the nursing team and taking responsibility in your area
Assistance with administrative and organizational tasks
Completed training as AGS / nursing assistant
At least 3 years of professional experience in long-term care
Independent, reliable, and flexible personality
High sense of responsibility, social skills, and ability to work in a team
Neat appearance and good manners
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Careful induction in the new environment
Varied and responsible activity in the night shift
A respectful working atmosphere with a flat hierarchy
Electronic patient documentation and modern infrastructure
Collegial cooperation as well as support from supervisors
