Your tasks
- Management of the employee life cycle: monitoring and managing entries, transfers and departures, work permit requests, family allowances as well as all APG
- Creation and management of personnel files as well as management and updating of data in Abacus
- Drafting employment contracts and amendments according to the applicable CCT as well as the CO
- Issuing interim and work certificates, work attestations as well as warnings and dismissal letters
- Collaboration with our various external partners for file follow-up (family allowance fund, SUVA, Allianz, labor inspectors)
- Preparation of payroll processing in close collaboration with our payroll department
- Responding to all questions from our operational employees and managers regarding all HR matters
Your profile
- Certificate as HR manager or assistant required, in addition to a commercial employee CFC, as well as good knowledge of social insurances
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland
- Oral and written command of the French language. Knowledge of German is a great asset
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word) and the HR software Abacus is a plus
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR administration management
- Good stress resistance and flexibility
- Curiosity and interest in labor law as well as HR tools
