Our renowned facility, the Braunwald Rehabilitation Clinic, is located in the idyllic landscape of the Glarus region. We focus on the treatment of people with psychiatric and psychosomatic illnesses. Our valued specialists provide high-quality and diverse services daily for the satisfaction of our guests as well as patients.

Main part of your tasks approx. 60 %

• Operation and Maintenance: You independently plan and carry out maintenance and repair work on technical and infrastructural systems
• Coordination: You supervise external service providers and coordinate maintenance and repair work
• CAFM Support: You independently process tickets ordered by the employees of the rehabilitation clinic
• Grounds Maintenance: You carry out seasonal grounds maintenance, including green area care, winter service, and cleaning work in the outdoor area
• Waste Management: You manage waste disposal and the associated handling of disposal materials

Support in adjacent areas up to 40%

• Cleaning and Laundry: You actively participate in internal cleaning and laundry and support the team in daily routines
• Processes: You help optimize internal work processes and contribute to continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Education: You have a basic technical education and are a skilled all-rounder
• Further Training: A pool water disinfection course is an advantage
• Expertise: Initial experience in as many of the defined tasks as possible
• Personality: You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner. Even under pressure, you always act responsibly and service-oriented
• IT Skills: You have good user knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
• Languages: You communicate flawlessly in German – both written and spoken
