- Completed hotel training with 2+ years in a similar role.
- Strong service orientation and knowledge of LQA standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally spa software like TAC RA.

Reception and professional advice for our guests as well as coordination of spa bookings and billing
Conducting spa tours and providing competent information to internal and external guests
Independent responsibility for early and late shifts including daily closing
Ensuring an excellent guest experience and compliance with all spa standards
Active participation in sales processes, product advice, and upselling
Your profile
Completed training in the hotel industry and at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position
Strong service orientation with knowledge of LQA standards and passion for wellness & health
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally spa software such as TAC RA
Willingness to learn, flexibility, and a professional appearance in guest contact
