To complement our team, we are looking for an agreement for a
Health Specialist EFZ 50 - 70% and a *Health Specialist EFZ with additional task practice supervision, 60 - 80%
Your tasks
- Support and accompany clients according to the care plan, promote and maintain their health and resources
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, relatives, and other institutions as well as with internally involved employees
- Carrying out treatment care (wound care, medication)
- Supervision of a trainee Health Specialist EFZ
You bring with you
- Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ
- *Completed practice supervision course or willingness to complete it
- Broad expertise
- Willingness to take responsibility, coordination skills, and independence
- IT skills and good verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork skills, high self- and social competence
- Driver's license category B and/or good cycling skills
(own car is an advantage)
