As a HR Business Partner with a focus on Recruitment, Employer Branding and Talent Management at Faigle, you are a central contact person for managers and employees. In this role, you work together in a team, bring in innovative ideas and act decisively to attract and develop the best talents. Your contribution supports our organization in growing ambitiously and sustainably. This applies both in the German-speaking and the French-speaking part of Switzerland.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Advising managers on needs analysis and profile definition
- Active candidate search (Direct Search, Active Sourcing)
- Conducting interviews and selection procedures with the team
- Further development of employer branding and candidate experience
Talent Management & Development
- Identification and promotion of talents for key positions
- Support in performance and development discussions
- Co-design of career and development plans
- Support for learning and development initiatives
HR Business Partnering
- Sparring partner for managers on HR issues
- Participation in HR projects and further development of HR processes
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements
- Delivering results reliably and continuously optimizing processes
Requirements
- Completed studies or further education in HR, psychology, business administration or similar
- Several years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or Recruiter
- Sound knowledge in recruitment, interview techniques and talent management
- Experience in working with managers
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- German as mother tongue and C1 level in French (mandatory requirement)
- High social competence, empathy and strong communication skills
