Your new workplace
Our workplace, the Protected Department 1, is modern and bright yet cozy. We work in a well-equipped department and engage in interdisciplinary exchange with other contributors in the house. Every day is different, and we experience funny, unforgettable, and also sad moments, with surprises included.

Luzia and her Guggenmusik team are on their way to the symphony orchestra; the team music is sometimes chaotic but has structure and order. Every instrument is heard and fits into the open, cheerful, and sometimes contemplative melody. Our team stands out for its humor and openness, treats each other with appreciation, and is a colorful mix. Our residents are at the center of our focus, cared for and supported with passion, and they contribute their melody to our work.

What can you expect?
- Well-designed and comprehensive onboarding, with support from your team.
- Flexibility with working hours in day shifts from 07:00 to 21:30 from Monday to Sunday, no night shifts.
- You determine your workload (40 – 100%)

What does your workday look like?
- With your team, you cover the entire daily routine of the residents in your department.
- You take on daily responsibility and are the contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and your team.
- As a nursing professional, you plan and carry out all nursing processes independently, administer the nursing documentation, and implement the concepts in the areas of kinesthetic, basic stimulation, and validation.
- The continuous performance recording in RAI is also part of your tasks, as well as supporting our learners and new employees.
Your instrument?
- You could fill your backpack with training as a Health Professional EFZ or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK in Switzerland.
- You do not want to stand still, inform yourself about current nursing world topics, and look forward to pursuing further education with us in the areas of vocational training or RAI.
