The Business Unit Process Analytics develops, produces, and markets state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in biopharma, chemistry, and breweries. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen, or sensors for measuring cell density, which are extremely important in biological processes and unique worldwide with their innovative technology.

What you can achieve:

In this role, you lead the production of the Business Unit Process Analytics (PA) for the manufacture of sensors, their accessories, and reference materials. You are part of the Business Unit Management Team.

This is your field of activity:

• Leadership and further development of production
• Responsibility for production KPIs to monitor product quality, delivery readiness, and production costs
• Management, supervision, and improvement of the development of manufacturing processes as part of the innovation process
• Responsibility for the continuous maintenance of existing manufacturing processes
• Development and continuous improvement (including automation) of manufacturing methods
• Management, supervision, and improvement of supply chain processes
• Uniform, correct, and efficient handling of all customer orders
• Management, supervision, and improvement of production guidelines for manufacturing at Process Analytics
• Co-responsibility in Business Unit Management for the strategic further development of the Business Unit

What you bring with you:

• Technical or scientific degree
• Solid experience in production management and staff leadership
• English and German spoken and written
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking
• High sense of responsibility and strong commitment
