• Versatile and exciting telephone as well as personal advice for our customers and sale of needs-based insurance solutions
• Independent acceptance and processing of customer inquiries with the goal of achieving the best customer satisfaction
• Collaboration in a dynamic and committed team with sales targets
• Active market development on behalf of the supervisor
• Preparation of offers and customer correspondence in the private customer business
• Implementation of measures for portfolio maintenance and customer recovery

• Completed commercial or industry-related (health sector) training as well as solid sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• VBV training completed or willingness to complete it as soon as possible
• Local roots and place of residence are an advantage
• Communicative, reliable, and resilient personality
• High initiative, a success-oriented attitude, and a high degree of empathy
• Enjoyment of customer contact and active sales
• Strong advisory competence characterized by high customer and service orientation
• Fluent oral and written expression in German, any additional language is an advantage
• Solid MS Office skills
