About the job
Your tasks include:
- Independent preparation of hot and cold meals for our residents
- Management of supplies and hygiene in the cold room and freezer
- Supporting the catering management in ensuring a functional, safe, and economically efficient kitchen operation
- Assuming overall responsibility in the absence of the catering manager
- Maintaining contact with residents
- Work start time varies between 6:00 AM and 8:45 AM depending on the shift
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in an environment with people in need of care
- Knowledge of diet- and age-specific nutrition is desirable
- Very good German skills as well as excellent manners
- Enjoyment in contact with people
