Your Tasks
- Administrative and organizational support for department heads, nursing experts, and nursing departments in the area of women and children
- Professionally sound telephone information provision within the defined area of competence
- General secretarial tasks (taking minutes, handling telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing changes).
- Support in vacation/shift planning and time accounting (PEP)
- Support in personnel administration (calling up staff in case of personnel shortages)
- Consideration of intra- and interprofessional workflows and the administrative processes and operational standards specified by KSA or the organizational unit
- Support for administrative matters in the nursing departments
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or training as a health specialist or as an MPA, hospital experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and confident German
- Teamwork skills, proactive, independent and responsible work organization
- High service awareness and flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and the complexity of tasks
- Professional appearance as well as loyalty towards superiors and the employer
