The municipality of Lauterbrunnen with the villages of Gimmelwald, Isenfluh, Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, Stechelberg, and Wengen is looking for an immediate or agreed upon start date aYour areas of responsibility: From mid-April to mid-November; general work in the Talboden road maintenance group, deployment area Stechelberg, rear Lauterbrunnen valley (road and hiking trail maintenance) From mid-November to mid-April, general work in the Talboden / Isenfluh / Stechelberg road maintenance group such as winter service deployment, operating snow blowers and municipal vehicles, road and hiking trail maintenance, assistance at events, etc.
We wish for: Training as a specialist in operational maintenance with a focus on workshop, completed apprenticeship in construction, landscape gardener or equivalent training Manual skills and precise and conscientious working method Good health and physical robustness Willingness to take responsibility in a small team Teamwork skills are an important requirement Possession of a category B driving license Willingness to work outside regular working hours (e.g. winter service, on-call duty)
