Baker M/F

For one of our clients located in the Sion region, we are seeking a Baker (m/f)

Your main tasks:

• Prepare and make various bakery products

• Make doughs, kneading, shaping and baking

• Prepare different breads, viennoiseries and bakery products

• Ensure the quality, freshness and presentation of the products

• Comply with hygiene and food safety rules

• Participate in the setup and smooth running of production

• Advise and serve customers according to their needs

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as baker-pastry chef or confirmed professional experience in the field

• Very good knowledge of bakery techniques

• Autonomous, dynamic and meticulous

• Organised and committed to quality work

• Comfortable with customer contact and sales advice

• Good presentation and team spirit
