What you bring with you
- Basic medical training (HF/FH level) and business management training or a Bachelor in Business Administration with medical training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, including several years of leadership experience
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite desired
- Confident German language skills are required, foreign language skills (French and English) are an advantage
- Communicative personality with a strong team orientation and strategic and networked thinking
- High service orientation and structured working method
