As part of a small operational HR management team, you handle administrative, coordinative, and organizational tasks throughout the entire HR life cycle. Your reliable service forms the foundation for successful HR work. Payroll and HR Administration (m/f/d) 100%
You bring the following:
- Commercial training, relevant further studies are an advantage, for example further education in personnel or social insurance.
- At least 5 years of HR experience in an SME, focusing on payroll or personnel administration.
- Very high affinity for using digital work tools such as ERPs, cloud HRIS solutions, and MS Excel; Abacus knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Flair for labor law, social insurance, and regulatory frameworks and their compliance.
- Independence, strong communication and teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and service orientation.
- Fluent German, very good French, good English skills.

These are your areas of responsibility:
- Monthly payroll processing.
- Smooth administrative processes from entry to exit in collaboration with the team.
- Current and accurate quality of personnel data in our systems.
- Monthly and quarterly closings to reconcile payroll-relevant financial accounts and with authorities.
- Year-end tasks with interfaces to accounting, HR systems, and social insurances.
- Contact person for time management, support for longer absences, and coordination of case management processes.
- HR statistics and reporting.
- Participation in process optimization and the introduction of HR systems.
