Your tasks – versatile, customer-oriented, and effective

Recruiting and supporting skilled workers in the construction trade

Conducting interviews and assessing competence and potential

Building and maintaining a strong regional network

Active customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships

Participation and co-creation of customer and networking events

Personal customer visits on construction sites and in companies

Coordination of assignments and ensuring smooth processes

Your profile – communicative, down-to-earth, convincing

Training in construction, crafts, technical or commercial fields

Experience in sales, recruiting, or personnel placement is an advantage

Career changers with a connection to the construction industry are also welcome

Enjoy working with people and an active, responsible role

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented

Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage

Driver's license category B
