- Supports smooth process from patient admission to
discharge in the area of service quality - Advising the patient in menu selection
- Taking meal orders (IT-supported
processing of orders) - Meal service
- Care of the inpatient infrastructure in the gastronomy area
- Responsible for beverage management for the patient
- Sale and billing of additional services
- Information point for the patient for "non-medical concerns"
- Other services in the area of service quality

- Professional experience in hospitality / gastronomy
- IT skills
- Very good German skills
- Foreign language skills (English, French, any other language is an advantage)
