Your main tasks at a glance:
- Planning, processing, leading, and realizing diverse and exciting projects of city-owned construction projects
- Taking on the role of client representative
- Responsibility for the quality, costs, and deadlines of the projects
- Supporting the superior in demanding issues at various levels
- Taking on coordination tasks and acting as an interface to other specialist departments
- Technical or construction-related basic training
- Specialist further education at HF/FH level (civil engineer or similar)
- Proven performance in construction management, construction realization, and project management
- Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Confident written and oral communication skills
- Stable and resilient personality
