The private senior center Oberburg is an independently operated facility with 57 single care rooms in the most beautiful hillside location in Oberburg. True to our motto "at home in the Emmental," the house is rurally rooted and yet managed according to the latest standards.
The in-house kitchen, equipped to the latest standards, spoils 120 people daily with seasonal, predominantly regional products. In addition, the public restaurant Holderblüte, with 60 indoor and 30 outdoor seats, offers an exclusive selection of à la carte dishes and a diverse banquet menu.
We are looking to strengthen our kitchen team from March 1, 2026:
Your tasks:
- Production and preparation of meals
- Ensuring an efficient kitchen operation
- Ensuring and complying with the hygiene concept
- Participation in the training of apprentices
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Cook EFZ
- Professional experience in the à la carte area
- High quality awareness, motivated and resilient
- Enjoyment of working with fresh products
- Empathy and understanding in dealing with elderly and care-dependent people
