The Hotel Eden Roc is located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore and belongs as a 5-star superior luxury hotel to the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World". As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," it has been repeatedly awarded as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. Experience in the same or a comparable position is an advantage
Very good communication skills in German, English, Italian are an advantage
📄 YOUR TASKS
Receiving and processing all reservations by phone, email, and mail
Input, monitoring, and control of the various OTAs including channel manager
Voucher creation and management using the E-GUMA program and management and ongoing updating of guest history in Protel
Creating the daily pick-up reports and forecasts in the absence of the Reservations Manager as well as representing them
Support of the concierge and front office
