About the job
Your Tasks
- Creation of EMPB (PPAP, VDA, FAI) according to customer specifications
- Creation of measurement programs, coordinate measuring machine Zeiss Calypso
- Creation of factory certificates, factory test certificates and acceptance test certificates according to EN10204
- Execution of test equipment management including verification of measuring instruments as well as coordination of calibration and maintenance service providers
- Procurement of test and measuring equipment including test fixtures (also special designs)
- Support and training of employees entrusted with testing tasks
- Execution of incoming and outgoing goods inspections including test plan creation
- Evaluation and interpretation of test and measurement results including their release
What distinguishes you
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g. cutting machine operator (m/f/d)
- Experience in operating and programming measuring systems (Zeiss Calypso)
- Technical understanding
- Experience in operating and programming measuring systems
- Independent, responsible and quality-conscious way of working
- Good MS Office and SAP system knowledge
- Good German and English skills
