As part of the documentation team, you will help maintain our online knowledge base, edit training materials for Vertec courses, and write release notes for our software updates. Additionally, you will assist in testing and describing additional features that can be integrated into existing Vertec environments at the push of a button. Bring your technical understanding and together with the team, elevate our documentation to the next level!

You know how to present technical content in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.

You have an eye for detail and a high quality standard for your texts.

You understand what new features or changes to our product mean for our customers and what impact they have.

Empathizing with the requirements and daily work of our customers is an easy exercise for you.

You are software-savvy, have no qualms, and possess a very good technical understanding, allowing you to fully grasp our ERP and CRM software.

You enjoy writing texts and are skilled in formulating technical instructions.

You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

You have a sense of precision and endurance for standardization processes.

You appreciate an independent working style and take matters into your own hands.
