Team Leader HR Services & Payroll 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of a team in the HR Services & Payroll area
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle and HR master data
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
- Handling withholding tax, social insurances, and insurance cases
- Ensuring and further developing process standards as well as an effective internal control system
- Preparation of reports and key figures
- Participation in HR projects and active shaping of further developments in HR
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education as a payroll specialist and/or social insurance specialist
- Several years of experience in payroll, ideally in healthcare
- Leadership experience or motivation to take on a leadership role
- Experience with HR reports (SAP HCM advantageous) as well as very good Excel skills
- High affinity for numbers, strong service orientation, and sense of responsibility
