The association sintegrA zürich is a social organization that has been committed to the social and professional integration of people with a mental disability for 30 years and operates various services in four facilities. For the integration measures at the Albulastrasse 57 location, we are looking for an employee*in Secretariat and Administration (50-60%) starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility • First contact person for callers and visitors • Scheduling and coordination of intake interviews • Administrative preparatory work for new clients and administrative introduction on the day of entry • Support with administrative matters of external lecturers • Responsibility for address and master data, including preparatory work for mailings • Adjusting settings in the client management system • Creating and adjusting forms and templates in the process documentation system • Monitoring and maintaining technical/digital aids, such as door locking system, telephony, printers, and administering the external cloud solution for clients • Taking minutes in meetings • Creating daily allowance certificates and service invoices • Supporting the operations manager in administrative and organizational matters • You maintain an open exchange with the professional team Your profile • A completed commercial training • Technical affinity and very good application knowledge of MS Office programs • Experience in direct customer contact and with different people • Strong service orientation and high social skills • Organizational flair • Ability to work concentrated despite interruptions and parallel requests • Open, humorous, and flexible personality Our offer • We offer you an exciting and varied workplace in the social sector in a committed and humorous team.
