Welcome Manager (w/m/d)

The Raiffeisenbank Rigi with locations in Küssnacht, Goldau, Schwyz, Brunnen, and Illgau is a successful and regionally focused bank with lived values (focused, committed, authentic, and community-oriented) and a clear vision for the future.

Due to the reopening of our branch in Goldau, we are looking to strengthen our newly created Reception & Events team with a motivated and enthusiastic personality as a Welcome Manager 80-100%.

• You personally welcome and bid farewell to customers and act as the first point of contact for all customer concerns in the customer zone 

• You coordinate the customer flow, actively guide customers to digital self-service, and provide various service offerings 

• You actively approach (non-)customers, recognize individual needs, and arrange appointments with suitable advisors 

• Completion of administrative tasks 

• You represent Raiffeisenbank and independently plan, organize, and carry out events 

• Successfully completed training, preferably in gastronomy or hospitality, with a willingness to learn new interesting topics in the banking world and to continue your education accordingly 

• Experience in reception/hosting and basic knowledge in commercial or financial areas are advantageous 

• Experience in event management is also a plus 

• Through your open and approachable manner in personal contact, you gain the trust of our customers and visitors and inspire them for our bank 

• Service orientation, empathy, and a sense of responsibility are also among your competencies
