We are looking for as of April 27, 2026:
Deputy Restaurant Manager at "Joseph's" 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Leading and planning the day and evening business
- Working at the front, guest care, and coordination of employees
- Scheduling and time control of the service team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Coordination with all station managers regarding staff planning and events
- Planning and execution of events and banquets
- Introduction of new employees and temporary staff
- Continuous monitoring and ensuring quality standards according to company guidelines
- Daily accounting, cash handling, and inventory management
What you bring
- Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
- Several years of professional experience, possibly already with leadership responsibilities
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Independent working style, flexibility, and resilience
- Joy and warmth in dealing with guests from all over the world
- Service mindset and a friendly, well-groomed appearance
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
