Senior Specialist M&A and Investment Management (m/f/d) 80–100%

Your Tasks

  • Establishing a consistent, professional investment management within the EBL Group
  • (Further) development of the investment strategy including clear target definition for each investment at group or division level
  • Systematic analysis of the investment portfolio including optimization and preparation of reinvestments when lacking strategic relevance
  • Introduction of structured risk management for investments
  • Active acquisition activities (M&A): scouting, evaluation, due diligence, closing
  • Design and management of structured post-merger integration processes (PMI)
  • Training of board members and mandate holders on governance, risk, and liability topics

Your Qualities

  • Several years of experience in M&A, post-merger integration, or investment management, ideally from consulting or corporate environment
  • Expertise in strategy development, company valuation, and M&A processes
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and risk topics
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • High communication competence and confident stakeholder management
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Assertiveness, integrity, and sensitivity to governance issues
