In the role of Technical Sales, you are a central contact person for our customers and support the sales team with your expertise and competence throughout the entire sales phase.

Your area of responsibility

(Technical) consulting and support of demanding (enterprise) projects with selected customers in cooperation with our sales department
Identifying customer needs and designing corresponding solutions according to strategy
Developing individual customer solutions (datacenter) in collaboration with other teams such as our internal product management in the area of datacenter and connectivity
Active participation or lead role in tenders
Obtaining quotes from our partners
Calculation and preparation of offers

Your skills

Completed studies (e.g. electrical engineering) or technical basic training with corresponding advanced training
Business knowledge helps you in this position (offer calculations)
Experience in the datacenter environment is desirable, ideally in presales or technical sales
Experience with network components including cabling and basic configurations helps you better understand our environment (Layer 1 to 3)
Good overall understanding of the datacenter environment
Ability to develop concepts and variants
Strong customer orientation and good presentation and communication skills
Positive attitude, willingness to implement, and can-do mentality
Confident German skills, very good English skills (we communicate in German but also externally in English)

You ideally master this task if you have already worked in a similar position or have gained experience in a related industry. However, we are also open to graduates with a corresponding degree, for example in electrical engineering, who convince with high motivation and commitment.

Your workplace can be either in Lupfig or Aargau. In addition, you have the option to work up to two days a week from home.
