Your Tasks
As a position for our nationwide subsidiaries in Switzerland, you work independently on fulfilling the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EcoVadis, as well as EcoEntreprise and other internal standards. In close cooperation with the central process and quality manager and the head of PQA, you ensure the operational implementation of the quality management system and organize as well as accompany internal and external audits. You are responsible for organizing and conducting periodic process audits as well as the resulting process target achievements. In close collaboration with the responsible managers, you prepare the annual report. Various trainings in the areas of QM, process management, and applications in process automation complete the versatile task profile.
Your Profile
• Education and several years of professional experience in quality and process management
• Experience with certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EcoVadis, EcoEntreprise
• Enjoyment in communicating with internal customers at all hierarchy levels
• Reliable, independent, flexible, and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland
• Solid QM experience in building technology or construction industry – various educational paths possible
• Flexible workload between 40–80 %
• Work locations: Ostermundigen, Bulle or Urdorf
• Business fluent German as well as very good French skills in spoken and written form.
