In this role, you will significantly contribute to supporting strategic and operational personnel management. With targeted analyses, meaningful key figures, and user-friendly decision-making bases, you will drive the further development of HR controlling. You will develop and maintain HR and management key figures, create reports, evaluations, and forecasts, and derive sustainable measures from them. In addition, you will develop controlling concepts for various issues and advise our stakeholders on key figures and trends. Furthermore, you will shape the strategic direction in HR controlling, lead or accompany projects, and participate in the preparation of business reports as well as in audits. You will take overall responsibility for organizational management in SAP – from the creation and ongoing maintenance of the organizational structure to the design and optimization of processes to ensuring high data quality.

Your profile:
- University degree in Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration, Data Science, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in a similar role and proven expertise in data and project management
- Solid knowledge in SAP organizational management
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Analytical thinking ability, precise working style, and pronounced consulting skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Motivation for a diverse and responsible field of activity
