What you can achieve
- Organization of consultation hours as well as careful preparation of consultations
- Appointment coordination and competent contact person for patients – both by phone and on site
- Co-care of outpatient patients in gynecological and obstetric consultation hours
- Independent performance of blood draws, vaccinations, minor examinations as well as assistance with minor procedures
- Assumption of administrative tasks as well as co-supervision of students in training
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or comparable qualification in healthcare, ideally with several years of professional experience in a hospital or practice environment
- Good knowledge of medical terminology, preferably in the field of gynecology
- Confident German as well as foreign language skills (French/English) are an advantage
- Very good PC user skills and high service orientation
- Precise, reliable and independent working style
