The Stiftung zur Hard operates the Birsfelden Retirement Home with a capacity of 170 rooms, a day and night structure, the Spitex Birsfelden, which is responsible for a catchment area of 10,500 residents, as well as 80 retirement apartments. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Development, revision, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based concepts, standards, and procedures
- Promotion of the transfer of scientific knowledge into nursing practice
- Promotion of continuous quality and practice development
- Analysis and optimisation of nursing processes
- Professional advice and coaching of employees and teams
- Planning, conducting, and evaluating internal training as well as promoting competence development
- Moderation of case discussions and professional exchange forums
- Participation in quality development projects, as well as analysis and evaluation of medical quality indicators
- Participation in internal and external projects and support of change processes
- Contribution to the implementation of strategic goals and the mission statement in the area of nursing development
- Promotion of interprofessional collaboration and networking with internal and external specialists
YOUR PROFILE
- Dipl. Nurse FH (BScN, MScN) with further education CAS/MAS in a nursing specialty
- Several years of experience as a Dipl. Nurse FH in long-term care, preferably in Spitex
- Nursing science & evidence-based thinking and action
- Quality, project, process, and change management
- Implementation, evaluation, and innovation competence
- Professional leadership, advice, coaching, and team development
- High analytical, networked, and business management thinking
- Strong communication, moderation, and conflict management skills
- Interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- High reflection, organisation, and decision-making ability
