What you will do
Are you ready to take the digital marketing of our marketplace products to the next level? As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will take on a key role in the growth of our real estate and car marketplaces and directly influence demand, conversion, and revenue with your campaigns.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Strategic responsibility for the market positioning and value proposition of our marketplace products (e.g., real estate and car marketplace)
- Analysis and definition of relevant target groups, use cases, and customer journeys across all key touchpoints
- Development of go-to-market strategies for new and existing product offerings as well as prioritization of messages, target groups, and channels
- Creation of clear campaign briefings for performance, content, and CRM measures and close collaboration with the central marketing team in planning and implementation
- Derivation of data-based recommendations to increase conversion, lead quality, and marketplace liquidity along the entire funnel
- Building solid market and customer insights through in-depth analyses, competitive monitoring, and performance reviews

What we expect from you
- At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing (agency and/or company side); B2B/B2C experience is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality: You get things done, test, iterate, and independently bring things across the finish line, focusing on impact and outcomes
- Experience in marketplace, platform, or performance environment
- Very good knowledge of tools for planning, implementing, and analyzing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Experience in senior-level stakeholder management (e.g., executive management)
- Team player with joy in interdisciplinary collaboration and high initiative
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
