About the position
Within the Engineering department, the Rotating Equipment Mechanic plays an active role in the mechanical maintenance of the refinery's rotating equipment and the Jura Neuchâtel Pipeline Company (OJNSA), in compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Tasks and responsibilities
Perform mechanical maintenance of rotating equipment
Participate in troubleshooting of rotating equipment
Plan and prepare work and necessary resources before setting up a site
Create, monitor, and update procedures and work reports (CMMS)
Qualifications
Apprenticeship diploma as Mechanic or Polymechanic, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in an industry
Good knowledge of spoken and written French
Knowledge in machining; an asset
About you
You master the French language orally and in writing
You are comfortable with computer tools
Dynamic, you combine the ability to work independently and responsibly with an excellent team spirit
You have good communication skills and a good interpersonal relationship
You are motivated to learn and discover new technologies
You hold a valid driving license and are willing to join the on-call service when needed
