For the Construction and Planning department, we are looking for a
Clerk Construction and Planning 80 - 100 %
These are your tasks
In this versatile role with frequent customer contact, you independently take over the administrative secretarial management of the Construction and Planning department. You are responsible for the administration of building permit procedures and ensure timely business processing, including the review of building applications as well as the dispatch of building decisions with invoicing. In addition, you ensure the updating of the building and housing register (GWR). You coordinate meeting and appointment schedules, prepare minutes, and provide general as well as simple construction and planning law information. In doing so, you ensure customer-oriented, lawful, and economical task completion and accompany the commercial trainees of the department as a practical trainer.
What we expect from you
You have completed commercial training, preferably in public administration, as well as experience in internal and external customer contact. Knowledge of construction and environmental protection law and especially experience with the digital building application (eBaugesucheZH) are advantageous. In a lively work environment, you confidently apply your organizational skills. You are familiar with MS Office applications and are characterized by a strong service orientation and a high quality awareness.
