- You clarify building law questions; understandable, solution-oriented, and on equal footing
- You review building applications and keep quality, cityscape, and context in view
- You organize, coordinate, and accompany the expert advisory boards for architecture & urban planning as well as monument preservation
- You bring administration, expert advisory boards, and project participants together
- In short: You ensure that building projects are not only approved but improved
- Training and experience in the construction and/or architectural field
- Know-how in planning and building law of the canton of Zurich
- Interest in architecture, urban planning, and qualitative development
- Organizational talent, personal responsibility, and a cool head
