To strengthen our team, we are looking for a competent and experienced person as Dispatcher 100% (m/f) for our Zurich-North branch by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Disposition, planning and control of vehicle orders in close cooperation with the sales department
- Organization from ordering to delivery of vehicles
- Administrative processing for passenger cars and transporters (new and used)
- Preparation of statistics and reports
- Preparation of sales documentation and general correspondence
- Customer contacts in the administrative area
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education
- Initial professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, ideally as a dispatcher
- Team player with a flair for numbers, accounting knowledge, customer orientation and good MS Office skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Structured, efficient, reliable work with a high level of quality awareness
- Flawless German skills as well as French and English skills are an advantage
