The Glattzentrum attracts about 9 million customers and visitors annually and offers almost 2000 people an attractive workplace. In cooperation with Glatt AG, the Reformed and Catholic church communities of Wallisellen operate Raum+Stille, supported by surrounding church communities and the cantonal churches. In 2025, over 8,200 people visited R+S to pause, pray, meditate, or have a conversation.
Your tasks in co-leadership with the Catholic chaplain (also 50%):
- Responsibility for the operation of R+S with the support of volunteers and an accompanying commission
- Coordination of all organizational and content-related tasks
- Conducting pastoral care conversations
- Recruitment and supervision of volunteers who ensure the presence service in R+S
- Active networking with the operating company as well as the employees of Glatt
- Networking with the surrounding Reformed church communities (pastoral offices, church councils, community members)
- Design of 3 – 5 Sunday services per year
- Development and implementation of offers for groups and individuals
Your profile:
- You bring experience from parish ministry and have a completed additional qualification in pastoral care (CPT)
- You have professional experience as a pastor in an institution
- You enjoy working with different partners and are open to actively approaching people of different origins and religions
- You know how to navigate in a church-distant environment
- Experience in volunteer work (building, accompanying, and supporting a volunteer group)
- You are capable of working conceptually and cooperatively
