Your profile
You have completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality or have several years of experience in à la carte service and ideally also in banquet service.
You have a high quality awareness as well as solid professional know-how. You take responsibility, show initiative, are resilient, and remain calm even during busy times. You have hosting qualities and a good rapport with guests, employees, and supervisors. Due to your flexibility and adaptability, you find it easy to adjust your role to the current needs of the operation.
German and English are a must, French is a plus.
Your area of responsibility
- Active participation in service (including advising guests, taking orders, operating the cash register system, daily mise-en-place and cleaning tasks)
- Reception, greeting, and farewell of guests
- Ensuring smooth service operations including team briefing
- Ensuring processes and quality standards
- Training, leading, and briefing the service team
- Independent execution of banquets
- Ensuring HACCP standards and hygiene concept
- Administrative tasks as needed
