Employee Secretariat 80-100 %
What you can achieve in this position:
- With your organizational talent, you support the departments Production, Markets & Ecology as well as Economy, Education & International by handling diverse administrative and organizational tasks.
- You assist the managements of the Association of Swiss Potato Producers and the Swiss Association of Sugar Beet Growers with numerous administrative and organizational tasks.
- You coordinate appointments and organize meetings, trips, and conferences.
- You create presentations, write minutes, and independently handle the correspondence that arises.
- You keep our websites up to date and create appealing newsletters.
- You are an important hub at the Bern location for HR, property management, and IT: You coordinate employee events, accompany entries and exits, support emergency organization, and coordinate IT concerns.
What you bring:
- Training as a commercial clerk or equivalent
- Interest in Swiss agriculture
- Native German speaker and good French skills
- High IT affinity with very good MS Office skills
- An independent, reliable, and committed working style
