Program Staff HEKS-Visite 60%
The HEKS-Visite program provides long-term unemployed people with regular part-time work within the framework of social assistance. The work assignments mainly take place in non-profit organizations in the cantons of Zurich and Schaffhausen. Meaningful and regular activity helps to create a weekly structure and promotes social integration. The participants' voluntary engagement is not paid, but supported by social assistance with a small financial incentive.

- Conducting initial interviews
- Leading courses for new participants
- Acquisition and placement of assignments
- Supporting participants during their assignments
- Organizing group events for program participants
- Collaboration and relationship management with referring agencies
- Maintaining contact with assignment locations
- Administrative tasks
- Exchange and collaboration within the team
- Completed degree in Social Work (FH)
- Preferably professional experience with the target group
- Good communication skills and intercultural competencies
- Independent and structured way of working
- Openness to agile working methods and role-based collaboration
- Willingness to develop further in an agile organization
- Solution orientation and flexibility
- ICT affinity, good knowledge of Office programs, experience with databases
- An agile and learning organization with role-based collaboration where you can specifically contribute your strengths and take on responsibility
- Versatile activity with high personal responsibility and opportunities for co-design
