For our innovative and future-oriented house in Stein AR, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist in Day and Night Service (40% - 60% permanent position or hourly wage) immediately or by arrangement. We wish for a motivated professional who feels co-responsible for our house in Stein through extraordinary commitment. You convince both professionally and personally sustainably and can set the right priorities. You have above-average resident and service orientation. As the responsible professional in day service, you are responsible for the care and support of our residents in the care departments and age-appropriate apartments. In addition, we offer:

- Generous employee events You fit with us if you have a nursing qualification (with Swiss recognition) and possess a professional demeanor along with a winning manner. You are accustomed to taking responsibility as a responsible nursing professional and can also assess complex nursing situations correctly. You have good German language skills in both spoken and written form and are experienced in working with the usual IT systems in nursing. User knowledge of the RAI system (RAI NH or RAI HC) is an advantage.
