Medical Secretary Internal Typing Office (60-100%)

• Writing medical reports, medical record entries, and various correspondences such as discharge summaries, insurance certificates, and cost approvals with MPAssist.
• Overview of the services to be recorded, billing, and sending of general practitioner reports
• Maintenance of electronic medical records
• Correspondence with doctors and third parties

• Completed training as a medical secretary or MPA EFZ
• Several years of professional experience as a medical secretary (experience in report writing is mandatory)
• Neat appearance
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good MS Office application skills and experience with Vitomed are an advantage
• Team player, sociable, committed, and a high degree of independence and flexibility
• Enjoyment of routine work
