Commis de Rang (Service) (m/f/d), Summer Season, June - September 2026

Your Tasks

• Support in professional and friendly service for our international guests
• Contribute to building guest relationships and responding to special requests
• Assist in advising on food and beverages at the highest level
• Ensure that all food and drinks are served according to quality standards
• Preparation and maintenance of elegant table settings
• Close cooperation with the Chef de Rang, kitchen, and management
• Support in preparation, cleanliness, and follow-up of service areas
• Contribute to smooth team operations
• Co-responsibility for an unforgettable guest experience

Your Profile

• Initial experience in luxury hospitality or a high-quality/premium restaurant
• Interest and joy in providing the highest level of service for demanding guests
• Good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Basic professional knowledge in service and strong willingness to learn
• Well-groomed appearance and confident, friendly demeanor
• Team spirit, flexibility, and resilience – even in hectic situations
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
