The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 hotels and resorts ranging from simple group accommodations to upscale four-star superior.
To support the team in the Booking Office of the Mountain Hotels, we are looking for a person from October 2025 for a permanent position as:

Your tasks
- Creating offers for individual guests and groups for all Mountain Hotels
- Conducting consultation and booking conversations by phone and email
- Preparing reservations with control and payment postings
- Check-in process at the reception for guests of the group houses and mountain hostels
- Issuing ski passes for the Mountain Hotels guests
- Guest care and information about the hotels and other offers of the mountain railways
Your profile
- Education: You have completed commercial or equivalent training
- Working style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and flexible
- Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are willing to help in other areas of responsibility
- Language: You have good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as English language skills in spoken form.
- Commitment: You are an indispensable link between the teams in the Booking Office and the hotels and keep an overview in hectic situations. Shifts sometimes on weekends are fine for you.
