Management of Administration and Operations as Co-Manager of the Company 40 - 50%
Your tasks:
- Management of the company together with the Head of Care
- Billing of care services (Perigon) as well as BFS statistics
- Payroll and personnel administration
- Financial accounting and cost accounting (Abacus) including closing
- Cooperation with ICT provider, monitoring new
- Cooperation with stakeholders
- General administrative tasks for the company and board
- A very independent, meaningful activity with scope for action and design
- A flat hierarchy with short paths and a supportive board
