The focus of your work is the research and knowledge transfer of strategy and leadership as factors for the sustainable success of organizations. Department: School of Management and Law

Start date: From April 2026 or by arrangement

• Management and further development of courses and degree programs in initial and continuing education
• Project management in research and service projects
• Independent acquisition of third-party funding (e.g., Innosuisse, SNSF)
• Supervision of bachelor, master, and diploma theses (CAS, MAS)
• Preparation of scientific publications, expert reports, and reports
• Completed university degree (Master) in economics or social sciences in the field of strategic management and/or leadership
• PhD desired but not mandatory – decisive is the clear motivation to start or continue a PhD
• Several years of relevant professional or practical experience in areas such as leadership, strategy, organizational development, transformation, consulting, or comparable functions
• Proven responsibility in complex projects, change processes, or leadership roles
• Strong interest in scientifically reflecting, systematizing, and further developing practical issues
• Ability and willingness to connect practical and research perspectives – especially in teaching, applied research, and transfer projects
• Enjoyment of research-based, practice-oriented teaching as well as collaboration with students and external practice partners
• Didactic qualification or willingness to obtain it
• Very good German and English skills
