Your tasks
- Accompanying, guiding, promoting, and supporting employees with psychological and/or cognitive disabilities in the sheltered workplace as well as in professional integration programs
- Responsibility as a contact person for the assigned employees
- Timely and qualitatively flawless processing of customer orders in cooperation with employees
- Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices in logistics (PrA level)
- Direct customer and supplier contact for order coordination
Your profile
- Completed training as a work educator or comparable qualification
- Training as a logistician is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with people with disabilities
- Communicative, thoughtful, and forward-looking personality who keeps an overview
- Team-oriented, responsible, humorous, and resilient personality with organizational flair
- Proficient use of MS Office applications is required
