Your Tasks
- Maintenance and management of duty rosters taking into account legal, tariff, and company regulations
- Ensuring correct time recording in the CGM ON DUTY system
- Allowance accounting in preparation for the monthly payroll
- Contact person for employees regarding duty rosters and payroll
- Monitoring and analysis of overtime, extra work, and time balances
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably commercial or from the nursing sector
- Knowledge of TVöD as well as TV Doctors/VKA desirable
- Independent and service-oriented working style
- Careful and structured way of working
- Good communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
